Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, at the end of September 2025, a group of colleagues from the University of Vlora had the pleasure of undertaking a visit to the Wyższa Szkoła Kadr Menedżerskich University in Konin, Poland. This mobility represented an important opportunity to enhance our professional capacities and to deepen cooperation with our international academic partners.

During our stay in Konin, we took part in a series of training activities and professional meetings that provided valuable insights and new practical models for academic and institutional development.

In addition to the official activities, the visit program also included a study trip to the capital of Poland, Warsaw. This experience gave us the opportunity to explore other cultural and academic dimensions of the country, broadening our perspectives on European cooperation in higher education.

This mobility became an inspiring, professional, and highly valuable experience for our institution. Not only did it contribute to strengthening our relationships with our partners, but it also served as a foundation for sustainable initiatives and collaborations within the Erasmus+ framework.

We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality, commitment, and excellent organization shown by our colleagues in Poland. The experience gained will serve as a motivation for further steps in the development of our education and international cooperation.
